Stuffed Tomatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

Ripe tomatoes 6 Large
Salt To Taste
Cooked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) , flaked
Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Swiss cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , grated
Egg 1 , beaten
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon , melted
Dried bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F

2. Remove cores and hallow out tomatoes

MAKING

3. Sprinkle with salt, Turn over on paper towels and drain for 15 minutes

4. Mix fish with rice, cheese, egg and oregano also fill tomatoes with mixture

5. Place in greased baking dish mix together butter and crumbs

6. Sprinkle over tomatoes

7. Bake at 350° F for 1 5 minutes

SERVING

12. Serve the baked stuffed tomatoes as side dish
