Perfectly Baked Tofu And Oil Free

I think I've found the secret to perfectly baked tofu completely oil free.

Ingredients

Extra firm tofu 12 Ounce , cut into 1 inch cubes (1 package)
Black salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine tofu, black salt, pepper and mix well.

Spread over baking tray as a single layer and pop into oven.

Turn on temperature to 400F and bake for 20 minutes.

Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool inside oven for few more minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
