Tofu Poppers Recipe Vegan Gluten Free Snacks

Here is an easy appetizer recipe which is vegan as well as gluten free :)


Extra firm tofu 350 Gram
Besan 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Garlic salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 3 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. Cut Tofu in long stick like pieces.

2. Make marinade using spices, chickpea flour, water and soy sauce.

3. Coat Tofu pieces with the batter and let stand for atleast 30 mins.

4. Deep fry until golden brown.


5. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
