Griddle Fried Tofu Completely Oil Free

I was craving a fried egg sandwich the other day. I didn't want the heart clogging egg part, but the soft chewy texture that I remember enjoying back in the day. I started playing around with my Griddler to see what I could come up with. I didn't eggy taste, but I certainly nailed the chewy texture. It was all edible. Check it out.

Ingredients

Firm tofu 8 Ounce (3/4th of a package)
Garlic and herb seasoning To Taste (Mrs.Dash)
Fiesta lime seasoning To Taste (Mrs.Dash)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat the griddle to 400F.

MAKING:

Season the tofu with fiesta lime and garlic and herb seasoning as per taste.

Place tofu on preheated griddle and fry for 8 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve with toasted bread or sandwich and enjoy!
