California Giant Baked French Toast

Perfect for a weekend brunch, this easy French Toast Casserole comes together so quickly


Whole wheat bread slices 6 Large
Eggs 3 Large
Milk 1 Dash
Strawberries 4 Large
Blue berries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon sugar 1 Teaspoon
Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cut your bread diagonally to the center.


3. In a wide bowl, mix the eggs and milk together until fully blended and then dip each slice of bread in to the egg mixture before twisting and placing in a cupcake tray.

4. Top with sliced fresh berries before cooking for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.


5. Serve right away and enjoy.
