Ingredients

Cheddar cheese 4 1/2 Cup (72 tbs) , grated
English mustard 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Eggs 6 , poached
English muffins 4

Directions

MAKING

Take a heavy casserole, combine cheese, mustard and cornstarch in it and blend on medium flame.

Allow the ingredients to boil by stirring till the cheese melts.

SERVING

Serve the cheese sauce on English muffins topped with poached egg.
