Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is so simple that you need the recipe to be perfect. We went to Maman to get their take.

Ingredients

Avocado 2 , peeled, mashed into chunks
Plum tomatoes 2 Small , chopped
Red onion 1/4 , finely chopped
Finely chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon (plus little extra for garnish)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Franks red hot sauce 2 Tablespoon
Toasted bread slice 3
Chili flakes 1 Pinch
Pumpkin seeds 2 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
Lime wedges 2

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro and mix well.

Add lime juice, olive oil, hot sauce and mix well.

Spread over toasted bread slice.

Sprinkle chilli flakes and pumpkin seeds over it.

Season with salt, pepper and garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
