Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs and toast served with bacon is a typical of many cafe breakfasts. This meal contains about 662 calories, but this does not mean that you should give up on eggs all together. Here's a healthier version of this classic breakfast.


Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 2
Black pepper To Taste
Skimmed milk/Reduced fat milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.  In a non stick pan, heat some olive oil.

2.  Meanwhile, in  abowl crack open the eggs and add skimmed milk to it. Sprinkle with black pepper and whisk well. 

3.  Pour the mixture into the pan and stir constantly until the eggs begin to scramble.



4.  Serve hot over toasted brown bread accompanied with half a grilled tomato.
