Olive bread slice | 4 , toasted (or any bread of your choice) | |
Ripe avocado | 1 Small | |
Fresh lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Halved cherry tomatoes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional) |
MAKING
In a small bowl mash together avocado, lemon juice and salt.
Spread over toast and top with cherry tomatoes.
SERVING
Serve the toast with fresh juice.
