Avocado Toast - Healthy Breakfast

Avocado Toast is super easy to make and super healthy. Whip it up for a quick breakfast, lunch or snack.


Olive bread slice 4 , toasted (or any bread of your choice)
Ripe avocado 1 Small
Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)



In a small bowl mash together avocado, lemon juice and salt.

Spread over toast and top with cherry tomatoes.



Serve the toast with fresh juice.
