How to Make Creamed Eggs on Toast

Creamed eggs on toast is a delicious meal that is perfect for when you want a hearty breakfast and you can't have meat. this is a simple dish to make. You will need boiled eggs, milk, flour, butter, and toast.
This dish takes only about 10 minutes to make, and it is a perfect meal for the lenten season.


Butter 2 Tablespoon
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Boiled eggs 3 , sliced
Toasted bread slices 2
Paprika 1 Pinch



In a saucepan, melt the butter and add in flour. Stir for a few minutes on medium heat, until done.

Season with salt and stir. Gradually pour in the milk in small portions while stirring continuously.

Turn off the heat and add in the eggs and stir.



 Slice the toasted bread and pour in the egg sauce. Serve and enjoy.
