We havent had pad thai recently, but I secretly have to admit, I love a good pad thai after any run longer than 12 miles. Today Annmarie will attempt to make a raw food recipe for pad thai with kelp noodles. Take a look and learn this healthy way of preparing mouth-watering pad thai.
|Macadamia nut||2 Tablespoon (Almond Butter)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Olive Oil)|
|Cumin powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Jalapeno pepper||1⁄2 , desseded|
|Lemon juie||2 Teaspoon (Lime Juice)|
|Filtered water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Kelp noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Prepare the Kelp noodles as per the package instruction.
2) Add all the ingredients into your blender.
3) Blend thoroughly and serve over Kelp Noodles.
4) Garnish with thinly sliced Red Bell Peppers and Mung Bean Sprouts.
*You can garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
