90 Second Thai Chicken Pizza

Everything you love about spicy Thai food layered on a bubbly hot and delicious pizza! This easy-to-assemble pizza features a crisp chewy pizza crust topped with spicy Thai peanut sauce, grilled chicken, cheese, and crisp shredded Asian veggies.


Thai peanut sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided
Grilled chicken 1 Pound , cut into strips (about 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breast filets)
Pizza dough 12 Ounce
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crisp steamed, diagonally sliced
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Chopped roasted peanuts 1 Tablespoon
Cilantro sprig 1
For dusting
Cornmeal 2 Tablespoon (as needed)



1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

2. Lightly dust a pizza pan or large baking sheet with cornmeal and set aside.


3. Roll out pizza dough into 12-inch circle and place on pizza pan or large baking sheet.

4. Spread 6 tablespoons peanut sauce evenly over crust.

5. Arrange chicken strips over peanut sauce. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven.

6. In a bowl, combine carrot, green onion, snow peas, and sesame oil. Toss to blend.

7. Arrange veggies over hot pizza. Drizzle 2 tablespoons peanut sauce and top with roasted peanuts and cilantro.


8. Cut into slices and serve.
