Pizza dough | 12 Ounce | |
Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Shredded carrot | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sliced green onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Snow peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crisp steamed, diagonally sliced | |
Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped roasted peanuts | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cilantro sprig | 1 | |

Cornmeal | 2 Tablespoon (as needed) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
2. Lightly dust a pizza pan or large baking sheet with cornmeal and set aside.
MAKING
3. Roll out pizza dough into 12-inch circle and place on pizza pan or large baking sheet.
4. Spread 6 tablespoons peanut sauce evenly over crust.
5. Arrange chicken strips over peanut sauce. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven.
6. In a bowl, combine carrot, green onion, snow peas, and sesame oil. Toss to blend.
7. Arrange veggies over hot pizza. Drizzle 2 tablespoons peanut sauce and top with roasted peanuts and cilantro.
SERVING
8. Cut into slices and serve.
