Thai Crab Noodle Salad

This delicious cold salad is made with sweet, sour, spicy and salty Thai ingredients like lime juice, fish sauce, honey and chilli paste poured over Gluten free rice noodles, and mixed with Crab, green peppers and spring onions, Cilantro and Thai Basil.

Ingredients

Rice noodles 150 Gram , cooked
Crab sticks 150 Gram
Spring onion 3
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Thai basil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs) , sliced
Dressing 100 Milliliter
Lime juice 100 Milliliter
Fish sauce 100 Milliliter
Honey 1 Teaspoon
Chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Chili oil 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Make the dressing by combining the Lime juice, Fish sauce, Honey and Chilli paste.

2. Pour this over the noodles and add all the rest of the ingredients.

SERVING

3. Serve immediately.
