Under 20 Minutes Dinner Thai Inspired Coconut Soup

Ingredients

Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 2
Chili pepper 1
Zucchini 1 Medium
White cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
Coconut milk 400 Milliliter
Water 400 Milliliter
Baby dill 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sole fillet/Shelled shrimp 4
Lemon 1/2

Directions

MAKING

In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add garlic, ginger, onion and pepper allow to caramelize.

Add the zucchini, followed by white cabbage, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and coconut milk. Stir well and add some water.

Once the water starts boiling, add baby dill followed by fish filets. Add lemon juice and put the lid on the pan. Allow to simmer for about 7 minutes on medium heat.

SERVING

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
