Quick and Easy Thai Green Curry is a simplified version of the Thai classic that can be made in around 20 minutes. A rich creamy sauce is combined with a mixture of fresh vegetables and your choice of meat, then stir fried until fragrant and ready to eat! Quick enough to make on weeknights and easy enough to make on a regular basis, this dish will save you having to order take out - give it a go!
Thai green curry paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Canned coconut milk | 270 Milliliter (1 can) | |
Pork strips/Chicken /fish or prawns/shrimp | 500 Gram | |
Chopped fresh vegetables | 5 Cup (80 tbs) (I used carrot, red capsicum / bell pepper, baby corn and green beans) | |
Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Fish sauce | 2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
In a wok, sauté Thai green curry paste until cooked.
Add coconut milk and allow to simmer.
Add pork strips and stir well for 2 minutes.
Add vegetables, stir well and cover with lid.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar, fish sauce and stir well.
SERVING:
Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
