How to Make Spicy Thai Tamarind Cocktails

Cocktail that will hit the senses. Great recipe.


Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cinammon 2 Dash
Ginger 2 Dash
Cumin 2 Dash
Chili 2 Dash
Rum 3/4 Fluid Ounce
Sake 3/4 Fluid Ounce
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Tamarind juice 4 1/2 Fluid Ounce



1. Take brown sugar, chili, cumin, cinammon and ginger in a plate. Mix and set it aside.

2. Rim your martini glass with lime wedge.

3. Dip the glass in sugar mix and let it coat the rim properly. Let it sit for sometime.


4. Pour rum, sake, honey, lime juice and tamarind juice.

5. Add ice cubes and shake up the cocktail.

6. Skewer mango in bamboo skewers. Drop in a chili at the bottom of the glass.

7. Pour the cocktail in the glasses.


8. Decorate with mango skewers and a lime wedge. Serve.
