Vegan Fish in a Sriracha Lime Sauce

In this video I show you how to cook vegan fish in a sriracha lime sauce. This quick and simple recipe will have your guests craving for more.


Toasted sesame seed oil 2 Tablespoon
Mediterranean sea salt 1 Pinch
Garlic cloves 3 , minced
Sriracha 6 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Vegan fish 1 Package
Earth balance 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon , minced
Thai basil 2 Tablespoon , minced



Heat the pan on medium high heat. Heat the oil, add fish fillets.

Cook until fish fillets are brown on both sides.

Add garlic and salt. Cook until garlic starts brown.

Pour sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce and fish sauce. Cook until sauce thickens a bit.

Turn off the heat and add butter, basil and cilantro and stir until butter is incorporated in the sauce.


Place fish fillet on cooked amaranthand drizzle with sauce and serve.
