Cherry tomatoes | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , halved | |
Bell peppers | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , cubed | |
Baby onion | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , halved | |
Thai red chilies | 1 Teaspoon , chopped | |
Garlic | 1 Teaspoon , chopped | |
Coriander | 1 Tablespoon | |
Sesame | 1 Teaspoon , roasted | |
Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Sugar | 1 Pinch (Optional) | |
Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
Red chili sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Green chili sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional) | |
Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon (All in one sauce can be used) | |
Olive oil/Any oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Quickly heat olive oil in a pan till very hot, add the Garlic and Thai chilies. Toss until light brown.
2. Add the onions. Sauté well.
3. Now add the cherry tomatoes, and toss well! It might get some flambé, that's what enhances the taste!
4. Now add the bell pepper, toss well!
5. Add in the sauces, mix well. Now add the salt, sesame and oregano, sugar, coriander, Mix well!
6. Tip in the paneer, and toss well!
SERVING
7. Serve it straight from the pan!
