Dry Aged Almond Crusted Tenderloin - UMAI

This is part2 of my dry aged Almond Crusted Tenderloin. I used the specialty bags from UMAI drybagsteak and had amazing results.
I used cedar planks on my weber for 35 minutes and it added a great flavor to the tenderloin. I highly recommend this recipe to everyone!!!
