To battle my cold or stay warm during these winter days, I drink my cinnamon ginger date tea. It's a a natural cold remedy.
1. Peel and slice the ginger. Slice the dates as well.
2. In a boiling water add the ginger, dates, and cinnamon sticks.
3. Simmer cook the tea until 15 -20 minutes.
4. Finish it off by adding lemon, honey, and pine nuts.
5. Serve & Enjoy.
