Mini Raspberry Cheesecake Tarts

Mini Raspberry Cheesecake Tarts are the best way for holidays entertaining!


Cream cheese 250 Gram (at room temperature)
Eggs 3
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Frozen raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , Defrosted
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sweet mini pie crusts 30



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.


2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, vanilla, sugar, raspberries, and flour. Mix until smooth.

3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into each mini tart shell and place on a baking sheet.

4. Pop the baking sheet in oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until filling is set.


5. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
