A super quick party recipe.

Puff pastry sheet 1
Kiwis 2
Apples 2
Peaches 1
Banana 2
Blackberries 2
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 1 1/2 Teaspoon
For garnishing
Baking chocolate 1/4 Tablespoon ((white and dark chocolate)) (Optional)
Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon (Optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. On a chopping board, place the puff pastry slice and cut it into half.

3. Take 2 microwaveable bowls and place these slices into them. Using a fork, poke holes into the slices and bake them in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 15 mins. Once done, remove and set aside to cool.

4. In a pot on medium low, add all the sliced fruits, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and cornstarch. Mix well and cook it for about 10 - 12 minutes until the brown sugar has caramelized and the slices are glazed completely. Switch off the heat and set aside to cool completely.

5. Put the fruit mixture into the pastry bowls.

6. Drizzle some white and dark chocolate over the fruits. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

7. Serve these fruit tarts garnished with berries.
