Chocolate Berry Mascarpone Tart

Buttery, Chocolately crust loaded with chilled Mascarpone Cream, bursting with fresh Berries and drizzled over with lots of Chocolate Ganache, this is sure to be a refreshing and decadent Summer treat!


For the crust
Oreo cookies 25 , crushed
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For filling
Mascarpone cheese 8 Ounce ((room temperature))
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Agave 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Heavy whipping cream 8 Ounce ((organic))
Powdered sugar 3 Tablespoon
Almond extract/Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
For garnish
Berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Melted chocolate/Ganache 1 Tablespoon (Optional)



1. In a food processor, put the cookies and ground them in fine crumb.


2. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs with butter and press down into your tart pan.

3. Cover and place in the refrigerator, until chilled.

4. In a bowl, put together cheese and beat it with vanilla extract and agave, using a hand blender and set aside.

5. In another bowl, put together cream, sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until it reaches stiff peaks.

6. Fold in the whipped cream into cheese mixture, using a spatula.

7. Ladle this mixture into the prepared crust and flatten the top.

8. Arrange fresh berries on top and drizzle with melted chocolate or chocolate ganache.

9. Refrigerate until chilled for at least 4-6 hours before serving.


10. Cut into slices and serve right away.
