Creamy Goat cheese is baked in a homemade Rosemary pie crust and topped with Pomegranate jam, more Goat cheese, sprigs of rosemary and some Pomegranate jewels.
All purpose flour | 10 Ounce | |
Cold unsalted butter | 4 Ounce , grated (1 stick) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Chopped rosemary | 2 Teaspoon | |
Cold water | 120 Milliliter | |
Goat cheese | 6 Ounce , crumbled | |
Pomegranate jam | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Pomegranate seeds | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Rosemary sprig | 2 (to garnish) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.and keep it ready.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine flour, butter, salt, rosemary, cold water and mix well.
Knead and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles using cookie cutter.
Insert into greased muffin pan and bake for 5 minutes.
Take out of oven and add goat cheese. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Once done, top with jam, cheese, rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
