How to Make a Peach Tart

This is a quick and easy dessert that will impress your family and your guests. The light and airy puff pastry is paired perfectly with the sweet and warm tasting peaches.


Peaches 3 , pit removed and slice into 1/8 inch slices
Juice of lemon 1/2
Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Puff pastry sheet 1 , thawed
Butter 2 Tablespoon , melted
Turbinado sugar 2 Tablespoon ((Natural Cane Sugar))



1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

2. Grease or line a baking sheet and set aside.



3. In a large bowl, add sliced peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix and break up the peach pieces.

4. Cut the puff pastry into thirds and place on prepared baking sheet. Even spread the melted butter over each pastry, along with the turbinado sugar. 

5. Arrange the peach slices on the pastry in a straight line, overlapping each other.

6. Pop the baking sheet in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.



7. Cool slightly and then serve with powdered sugar, ice cream or whipping cream.
