Black Forest Brownie Sundae

Rich, chocolatey brownies pair perfectly with sweet cherries in this super simple Black Forest Brownie Sundae recipe!

Ingredients

Brownie mix 18 Ounce (package)
Cherry pie filling 21 Ounce
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 2 , beaten
Semi sweet chocolate chips
For garnish
Vanilla ice cream 6 Cup (96 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

MAKING

2. In a bowl, put together brownie mix, cherry pie filling by reserving some for topping, oil and eggs, and fold to mix well.

3. In a 13 X 9” greased baking tray, pour in the batter, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cake is firm.

4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on hot cake. Using a spatula spread the chocolate chips until it melts.

5. Allow the cake to cool completely, and cut in squares.

SERVING

6. Serve the brownie in sundae glass, topped with scoop of ice cream and reserved pie filling.
