Ingredients

Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Corn starch 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Canned crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice 13 1/4 Ounce (1 can)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1) Combine sugar and cornstarch in a casserole (about 1 1/2 - qt).

2) Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3) Microwave the contents for about 5 to 6 minutes, till they thicken (stir during the process).

SERVING:

4) Cool and serve the pineapple flavored sauce as a topping over ice cream of choice, preferably vanilla flavored.
