Tropical Banana Sundae

Banana 1 , sliced
Coconut 1 Tablespoon , shredded
Milk/Yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Dash



1) Into the blender, add the banana, coconut, milk, honey and cinnamon and blend on high speed for 3 minutes

2) Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle in some cocoa powder over the top


3) Serve immediately alternatively the fruits can be chilled and then blitzed for a chilled sundae
