In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Chocolate Dipped Strawberries for Valentine's Day. These are made to look like the chocolate dipped strawberries that were delivered to our room at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, when we celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary recently. You can see them in the video of our 42nd wedding anniversary celebration. The strawberries were very romantic!

Strawberries 12 Medium , washed and dried with paper towel
Semi sweet chocolate chips 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (as required)
White chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as required)

1. In a microwave melt the semi sweet chocolate by heating it on 50% heat at 30 second intervals. Stir between each interval.

2. Take each strawberry and dip it into the melted chocolate. Place it on the parchment lined baking sheet. Let it sit till the chocolate hardens (if faster drying is required, then put in the fridge).

3. In another bowl, put the white chocolate and melt it in the microwave by heating it on 50% power on 30 second intervals. Stir in between each interval.

4. Transfer it into a piping bag or zip lock bag with tip cut. Pipe the white chocolate over the hardened dark chocolate in desired patterns. Let it cool.

5. Serve these chocolate dipped strawberries as desserts.
