Fresh Strawberry Jam

Starwberries 6 Pound
Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon 2 Large , juiced
Salt 1 Teaspoon



1. Wash and quarter strawberries.


2. In a large and wide pan, place strawberries on medium heat.

3. Add lemon juice and wait until they start breaking down.

4. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

5. Add sugar, stir and let it cook for another 35 - 40 minutes until it gets a jam like consistency.


6. Keep refrigerated and serve as a condiment alongside your dish of choice.
