Chocolate Dipped Strawberries With Crushed Peanut Butter Pretzels

Just a quick video of something I came up with at the last minute for Mother's day.


Melting chocolate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Strawberries 12 Large
Peanut butter pretzels 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed



1)Wash the strawberries and place them on a plate. Make sure to keep the stems are intact.

2)Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or butter paper.

3)In a microwave safe bowl or a double boiler melt the chocolate. Place the bowl on the counter with a plate of peanut butter pretzel crumbs next to it. Set the tray with the strawberries and set it next to the plate with the peanut butter pretzel crumbs. You now have an assembly line ready.

4)Using the stem to pick up the strawberries dip them into the chocolate, followed by placing them in the peanut butter pretzel crumbs and rolling it so that the entire strawberry is covered.

5)Place the covered strawberries back on the parchment lined tray and let it completely set.


6)Serve with your favorite glass of wine or with some ice cream and enjoy!
