Strawberry and Blueberry Smoothie

If your bananas are bruised or your strawberries a little mushy, instead of throwing them out, make a smoothie. It's not only healthy for you, but you don't let good food go to waste.


Strawberry 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cored and halved
Blue berry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. In a blender, add the ice.

2. Empty the strawberries and the blueberries.

3. Spoon in the yogurt.

4. Pour in the pineapple juice.

5. Blend together until smooth.


6. Serve right away.
