Strawberry Cream Crepes

Ingredients

Strawberries 2 Pint , sliced
Granulated sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
Heavy cream/Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar To Taste
Brandy/Kirsch 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Crepes/Kirsch 12

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare 12 crepes and set aside or use readymade crepes from a store

MAKING

2. In a large bowl toss strawberries with sugar and set aside

3. With a mixer, beat the cream cheese till smooth

4. Add the whipping cream to the bowl and beat till smooth and thick

5. Add sugar to the mixture till it reaches the desired sweetness

6. Place a dollop of the mixture on each crepe

7. Roll up and chill

8. Place strawberries in chafing dish.

9. Add brandy or kirsch and ignite it to create a dramatic effect.

SERVING

10. Serve hot or cold
