Soup Recipe- Hearty Beef And Barley Stew

This hearty and easy to make stew will keep you warm all Winter season. This is one of my family's favorites and I know it will be yours too!

Ingredients

Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Beef 2 1/2 Pound , cut into chunks
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
Onion powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Beef broth 48 Ounce
Onions 2 Medium , diced
Canned diced tomatoes 14 Ounce ((1 can))
Carrots 4 , diced
Red pepper flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Red onions 3 , diced
Fresh rosemary sprig 5
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , minced
Fresh thyme sprig 10
Barley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
