Learn how to make Beer Beef Stew. Tender stew beef in a thick sauce with onions and beer.
|Beef stew meat||1 Pound , cut into 1" chunks|
|Onion||1 Large , cut into 1" chunks (1 pound)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) , chopped|
|Beer||12 Ounce (1 can)|
|Cooked egg noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for serving)|
In a large bowl, toss together beef cubes with flour.
Heat oil in a pot and brown beef cubes in it.
Add onions, garlic, bay leaf, beer, salt, pepper and stir well.
Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 3 hours with occasional stirring.
Remove the lid and simmer for another hour and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over noodles and enjoy!
