Beer Beef Stew

Ingredients

Beef stew meat 1 Pound , cut into 1" chunks
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Large , cut into 1" chunks (1 pound)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , chopped
Bay leaf 1
Beer 12 Ounce (1 can)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Cooked egg noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for serving)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, toss together beef cubes with flour.

Heat oil in a pot and brown beef cubes in it.

Add onions, garlic, bay leaf, beer, salt, pepper and stir well.

Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 3 hours with occasional stirring.

Remove the lid and simmer for another hour and cook until sauce thickens.

SERVING:

Serve over noodles and enjoy!
