Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
Onion | 1 Large ((1 pound)) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
Bay leaf | 1 | |
Beer | 12 Ounce ((1 can)) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cooked egg noodles | 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((for serving)) |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, toss together beef cubes with flour.
Heat oil in a pot and brown beef cubes in it.
Add onions, garlic, bay leaf, beer, salt, pepper and stir well.
Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 3 hours with occasional stirring.
Remove the lid and simmer for another hour and cook until sauce thickens.
SERVING:
Serve over noodles and enjoy!
