Tomahawk Rib Eye Steaks on the Grill!

Two beautiful "Tomahawk" rib eye steaks from Broadleaf Game Meats, grilled on the Weber.

Ingredients

Rib eye steaks 2 (24
Sea salt To Taste
Fresh ground pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Season steak with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat grill and grease the grates with oil.

MAKING

3. Place meat on grill and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Flip and cook on the other side for 5 minutes and then flip again. Cook until done.

5. Remove from heat and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving

SERVING

6. Cut into slices and serve hot.
