GETTING READY
1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat grill and grease the grates with oil.
MAKING
3. Place meat on grill and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Flip and cook on the other side for 5 minutes and then flip again. Cook until done.
5. Remove from heat and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving
SERVING
6. Cut into slices and serve hot.
