Flat leaf parsley | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , lightly packed (Compliments) | |
Fresh cilantro | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , lightly packed (Compliments) | |
Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Red wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Compliments) | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Oregano seasoning paste | 2 Teaspoon (Compliments) | |
Dried chili pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon , divided | |
Sterling silver sirloin flap | 750 Gram |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat barbecue grill.
MAKING
2. For marinade, in a food processor, add parsley, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, and garlic.
3. Put oregano paste, chili pepper and salt in it. Blend into a smooth paste.
4. In a baking dish, place sirloin, pour half of the marinade on top and reserve to serve with grilled beef. Spread and coat marinade on both the sides.
5. Season with salt. Cover the dish and place it in refrigerator to chill for about 10 minutes to 12 hours.
6. Place the sirloin in grill, cover, and cook for about 7 minutes per side for medium.
FINALIZING
7. Remove the sirloin from grill, cover it with foil, allow it to rest for 10 minutes, and then cut it into slices against the grain.
SERVING
8. Serve grilled beef hot with sauce.
TIPS
Medium cooked sirloin should have an internal temperature of 160 degree.
You must not flip the sirloin piece more than once while grilling.
