Fabulous Flank Steaks

Beef flank steaks 3 Pound (2 Pieces, 1 1/2 Pound Each)
Cooking oil 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Soy sauce 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Wine vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lemon juice 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Snipped parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon



1) Preheat the grilling equipment, 15 minutes before cooking.


2) In a clean bowl, combine lemon juice, parsley, soy sauce, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. This mixture will serve as the marinade.

3) Now, take a baking dish (13x9x2), and place flank steaks in it.

4) Put the marinade from the bowl over the steaks and cover the dish. Place the dish refrigerator for the entire night, flipping around steaks occasionally.

5) Now, drain the steaks arrange them on the cooking grid and cover and grill over medium coals for about 10-20 minutes, until the required doneness is achieved ( 10-15, for rare; 15-18 for medium rare; 18-20 for medium).


6) Slice the steak diagonally across the grain and serve hot.
