Ingredients

Cream cheese 8 Ounce , cubed (1 Package)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green onion slices 1 Tablespoon
Dried tarragon leaves 1/2 Teaspoon , crushed
Egg yolks 2 , beaten
Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Beef flank steak 1 1/2 Pound

Directions

Combine neufchatel cheese, juice and peel, mixing until well blended.

Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.

Fold into neufchatel cheese mixture; chill.

Layer fruit in 2 1/2-quart glass serving bowl.

Top with neufchatel cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

Chill.
