|Cider vinegar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple juice concentrate||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , thawed, undiluted|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Horseradish cream||1 Tablespoon|
Trim fat from flank steak.
Score a diamond pattern on both sides of steak.
Combine flank steak, cider vinegar, apple juice concentrate, rosemary, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
Seal bag, and marinate flank steak in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove flank steak from bag, and discard marinade.
Prepare grill or broiler.
Place flank steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 7 minutes on each side or until flank steak is desired degree of doneness.
Cut flank steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
