Flank Steak With Green Chiles

Beef flank steak 1
Green chili peppers 5 , roasted and peeled, reserving juices (Long)
Fresh lime juice 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (About 2 Limes)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon


Trim excess fat from steak.

Place steak in shallow glass dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in food processor or blender.

Process until smooth, about 40 seconds.

Pour marinade over steak; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

Drain steak; discard marinade.

Grill steak, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot briquets about 6 minutes on each side for rare or to desired doneness.

Carve steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
