Grilled Steak, Roasted Vegetables and Risotto On The Grill

Visited Tijuana, Mexico a while back and enjoyed some amazing food. Of particular note was my visit to "Telefonica Gastro Park" in Tijuana. Served a delicious grilled steak over roasted vegetables and creamy polenta. It was so good I had to try and recreate it back at home. This is my version cooked the Cooking Outdoors way!
