How To Make Marinated - Grilled Steak And Salad

Marinated, grilled steak and salad super fast and complete meal! My pal Justin shares his steak marinade and grilling technique!

Ingredients

Ribeye steaks 2 (about pound each)
Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Baby arugula 4 Cup (64 tbs) (about 5 ounces)
Baby arugula 4 Cup (64 tbs) (about 5 ounces)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Red wine vinegar/Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Drizzle soy sauce and worcestershire sauce on both sides of steak.

2.Sprinkle salt and pepper.

3.Allow to marinate for 10 minutes to 2 hours (in refrigerator).

4.Preheat grill to 400F and keep it ready.

MAKING:

5.Place steaks on grill and cook for 4 minutes per side depending upon doneness preferred.

6.Transfer steaks on to a plate and allow to rest.

7.In a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and mix well.

8.Add arugula and toss well.

SERVING:

9.Serve steaks with prepared salad and enjoy!
