Bourbon Cola Ribeye Steak - A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.
Rib eye steak | 1 | |
Cola | 187 1/2 Milliliter (1/2 can) | |
Soya sauce | 5 Tablespoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Kosher salt | To Taste |
GETTING READY:
In bowl, combine cola, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, soya sauce, brown sugar and mix well.
Place rib eye steak into bowl and allow to marinate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat gas grill.
MAKING:
Pat dry steaks using paper towels.
Season with kosher salt and make slits.
Place on grill and cook under direct heat for 2-2 ½ minutes.
Once done, place on indirect heat and cook until done.
