Creamy, cheesy steak and cheese casserole that uses simple ingredients with minimal prep.

Canned chopped tomatoes | 28 Ounce ((2 cans of 12 ounce)) | |
Parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
Macaroni | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) |
MAKING
1. Saute beef mince in a pan.
2. Drop in the cooked beef in a bowl with a sieve. Let all the pat from the pan drip off.
3. Meanwhile heat oil in the same pan, drop in onions and saute well. Also, drop in peppers and carrots. Mix everything well.
4. Throw in strained ground beef and cook it with the vegtables until they brown up.
5. Pour chopped tomatoes and continue to cook. Season with oregano, parsley, chili powder and salt, pepper.
6. Put in worcestershire sauce, mix well and continue to simmer.
7. Drop in macaroni shells, push them inside the pan so that they are submerged in the liquid.
8. Add more water, if required and continue to simmer until done, approximately 20 minutes.
9. Remove the lid and let the remaining moisture dry out.
10. Sprinkle all the cheese over the top and let the residual heat melt the cheese.
SERVING
11. Serve this hot and enjoy.
