Butternut Squash Apple Sweet Potato Puree

Fresh and easy homemade food for your growing baby!


Butternut squash 1 Large
Apple 1 Large , sliced
Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 Teaspoon
Sweet potato 1 Large



1. Peel butternut squash and cut it into cubes.


2. Bake butternut squash, apple slices and sweet potatoes in the oven at 450*C for 40-45 minutes.

3. Blend these baked fruits with pumpkin pie spice to make puree.

4. Fill this puree into freezer trays and freeze it.


5. Store in zip lock and use it when required.
