Butternut Squash Puree for Toddlers

It was honestly a tough choice trying to decide which fruit or vegetable we would choose for Chloes first food. Butternut squash is in season and all over the farmers market, so thats what we chose.

1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

2. Cut squash and remove seeds.


3. On a baking sheet, place the squash and pop it into the oven for 45 minutes.

5. Once the squash is baked through, let it cool and put the pilp into food processor.

6. Puree until smooth.


7. Serve it with juice or milk.
