Spaghetti is the quintessential Italian comfort food, but it isn't so great if you are trying to cut carbs, eat gluten-free, or go meatless. Chef Cari from The Food Channel has a great workaround to cut the carbs (and all the rest) without cutting the flavor. Fresh spaghetti squash, basil, parsley, garlic and butter should be enough to convince your taste buds, but just to be sure, we added some Parmesan on top to remove any lingering doubt.
