Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Having a hard time getting your kids to eat Brussels Sprouts? Here is a great recipe that is sure to change their minds. By simply adding some toasted almonds, a touch of lemon, and parmesan cheese everyone will love how amazing these taste. These Roast Brussels Sprouts are sure to be a hit!


Brussel spouts 2 Cup (32 tbs) , halved
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Almonds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon 1/2 Large , juiced
Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon , grated



1. Preheat oven at 400F.


2. On a sheet tray, place brussel sprouts, olive oil and salt, combine well by tossing it.

3. Pop it into the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.

4. When brussels are baked well, remaove from the oven, top with sliced almonds and bake for 5 minutes.

5. Place the baked brussels in a bowl and top with cheese.


6. Serve with tea or milk.
