Web chef, Kimberly Turner, shares with you How to Cook Orange Zest Brussel Sprouts!
|Brussel sprout||3 Dozen , washed, excess leaf trimmed off|
|Grated orange zest||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground white pepper||To Taste|
Boil water in a large saucepan and add brussel sprouts.
Bring to boil and then reduce the flame. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Once done, drain liquid and allow to cool.
Heat a frying pan with butter and orange zest. Stir well.
Add pepper and mix well.
Pour orange zest butter over brussel sprouts and toss well.
Serve and enjoy!
